I had a heck of a lot of time trying to assemble it. One side just didn't work so I had to curl it into the middle part of the mop. I ended up assembling it and then using it on the kitchen floor. Amazing results! Collected leaves, dog food, dust with no problems. As I said, this is no small mop. So if you have a tiny kitchen, this might not be the cleaning tool you need. It comes with two heads, one with a sweeping loop and the other is the same as a mop. The sweeper is held in place by metal loops that fit into the head. The head of the mop is fixed with Velcro. It's hard to explain how it works, I wish my phone's camera would cooperate so I could show photos. Just note that the mop head is quite wide. The handle consists of three parts and is easily adjustable in length. Very good product, suitable for cleaning large areas at home or in the office.
