Loud, high airflow

I have a 5 gallon tabletop tank. I bought 8 air pumps looking for the quietest one. This one was quite noisy and the airflow was too strong. The airflow is not adjustable. I wouldn't put that on a 10 liter tank. 20 liters would be the smallest I would take. dB was about 60.
