This gainer is the best, at least in my experience. ISO Mass Xtreme Chocolate is my favorite flavor as it mixes well with a spoon and 2% milk and tastes EXACTLY like instant clove breakfast but way better in every way. I had vanilla ice cream and it never mixed well for me. Luckily, I only had to drink a 10-pound vanilla dip before trying CHOCOLATE. Maybe that's why chocolate is always the most expensive variety when I look at the selection - it's the best, people like it and that drives the price up! Why are there actually different prices for the same product if it has a different taste? Just getting back into my fitness routine, I realized that if I wanted to see better results, I had to get a protein/mass gainer. ISO Mass has everything I've come to expect from a Pwo drink. It even contains creatine (which I believe has changed from Cre-Alkaline since I last tried this product) (Edit: It has Cre-Alkaline). In terms of results, ISO Mass gives me a slight mental advantage when I go to workout. I'm happy with my effort, the strength gains and the reduction in recovery time. I'm stronger because I'm taking it - my max, reps and endurance have increased - and will continue to gain weight if I work while taking ISO Mass. This is food that goes straight to my muscles. I feel it. I even consider drinking my post-workout shake during reps - it helps me push myself to the limit knowing I'll be fueled up soon after. Just buy all other flavors except chocolate and maybe the price can go down. Descent! Edit: It doesn't mix well with a spoon since I use it more. I don't care because each little chocolate ball is like a little piece of muscle building candy. I also gained 1.5 kg in 4 days. Working on my new Stamina X power tower. Have also noticed GOOD results in the mirror. Edit 2: While I love ISOmass, I won't be buying it from Revain until the price drops to around $65.
