Bought this model to replace another brand that was too aggressive (think pressure washers - oops). So far we've installed a few of these in our house, as well as one in my mother's house - they get rave reviews as their function is gentle and versatile. The only thing that doesn't bother me is the plastic fitting on the bidet head - it seems inadequate and inadequate given the cost of this device. The block I replaced was machined brass hardware and plumbing components hence the 4 star rating here. It's also fairly easy to install - keep in mind that you may need a new toilet seat or fiddle with the position of the bidet frame and seat mounting screws as the bidet frame and the bottom of the toilet seat will interfere with each other. the backrest and next to the hinge can prevent the toilet seat from fully fitting the edge of the toilet. There are self-adhesive seat pads that can be purchased separately to stick to the bottom of the seat to fill the gap if needed. I'm surprised this set doesn't have them.
