Excellent quality CNC machined part - used to give some external connections on the Holley carburettor more clearance on the new intake manifold - see rice. . Tufnol impregnated with phenolic material is flat, very stable and a good insulator. It also helps protect the carburetor from direct manifold heat. Care must be taken when using two carburetor and manifold gaskets - ensure there are no vacuum leaks. I covered the gaskets on both sides with a thin layer of high temp grease - no leaks. Be sure to check the hood clearance before closing.
