So these are pretty thin. The magnets themselves are strong when it comes to magnetism. I say that cause I gave two to my nephew to play with. He had tossed them to the wall in hopes to catch on the metallic parts. Unfortunately the two broke.But no points deducted from that since that wasn’t their purpose. I have these lined up behind my bed since I hate drilling holes and they do a nice job holding themselves to the wall. These are not sturdy metals that can handle large impacts so do be mindful of that.Otherwise I did notice they do have the north and south poles and they repel really well and it is very advisable to not pull the magnets apart like you would legos for the magnet to magnet force is really strong. I just slide them up like you would a cigarette or a color pencil from a box to make it easier. Or at least that’s how it worked for me.I will not post yet how much they can hold as I have not yet have time to fiddle with them but I may place an update when I do have time.I’d say 5 stars overall. Just be mindful of the material as they are not made of steel.
