This product has never been so easy to use as it needs to be installed in the car. In other words, easy to open from the outside, difficult to open and put back in the car. Where I leave El Centro CA the temp hits 120-130, this may have affected my product but after 2 weeks the clasp inside broke into 3 small pieces which are part of the bracket to hold it open. I got it working, but currently I can't get it to work anymore. I threw it out yesterday. I don't want another, even if I'm being contacted to offer me a free one right now. In general, the idea is brilliant, but work needs to be done on the development of the idea. For example, my car was still hot inside when I used this product. Again, there is room for product improvement if they listen to customers.
