Beauty is all about quality, which is something I did not experience with this hair accessory. Through trial and error, I found that the hair extensions were difficult to braid and didn`t last long. Despite the price, I expected better customer service when I raised my concerns .Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product to anyone..
