Review on 📦 3M Coban Self-Adherent Wrap 1582B - 2" x 5 Yards (36 Wraps/Case) by Jay Williams

I broke my little finger (2 months ago) and went to physical therapy for it. My therapist gave me a small roll of coban to wrap my finger, except it was matte and beige (which was one of the colors in that box). I searched the internet and found this colorful box and it works really well. I'm a big fan of the magenta/purple color featured here. You will receive 2 rolls of 6 colors each, enough to maintain everything. The only thing I want to know before buying is that Coban comes in a variety of widths and my therapist gave me a 1 inch width. However, they are 3 inches wide, so they are incredibly large to wrap around your finger. . I just used scissors and trimmed it (which has the benefit of making the roll last 3x longer!) so it's not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. As for the product itself. , Coban is one of the most remarkable engineering achievements of modern times. Remember when you wrapped your leg in Ace bandages, had all sorts of trouble closing it, and then it all just fell off? With Coban, you don't have to worry about that. He's really good at staying with himself AND NOTHING ELSE. Just wrap it up, stick it on and you're done. A small complaint might be that it's quite difficult to remove because the sticky effect is really good, but I prefer wrapping my finger around it. Since koban is often used to compress the skin to reduce swelling, a word of caution is not to wrap too tightly. Koban is an extremely elastic material, about twice as long as unstretched. This means you can compress it a lot if you stretch it and wear it fully stretched. I was under the supervision of a physiotherapist during use which was good - I wrapped myself too tightly and cut off circulation at times. She taught me how to wrap it effectively and all was well - the right amount of compression really depends on you and the swelling you want to get rid of with it.
