-----------UPDATE----- Customer service was very responsive. After trying 2 sizes of clip they sent me the 3rd one which turned out to be the right size. As a general rule, do not rely on "pipe OD" measurements. Measure the flange (or "ferrule" as it's called) of your pipe, then compare it to the dimensions shown. Good quality collar once you find the right size :-) The message says it's for the triclamp where the *tube* is 1.5" OD, but when I got it it was closed small because the flange I was trying to connect it to was about 2.5" even though the OD of my pipe was 1.5". By measuring the valve it appears it will fit a 1-1.5 inch flange. So I'm sending it back, looks like where it says "pipe" it means "flange" - larger order.
