Works best in pipe fittings

This clamp holds my reflux well in a beer keg. It's not as well made as what I bought from another company, but that's part of the cost. I would buy clamps from this company just because of the excellent performance and low price.

Quality Escapes

I've had good luck with them in the past and have quite a few Dernord 1.5" and 2" clamps. I recently needed an extra clamp to modify my brewery, so I bought another one and some PTFE gaskets. Rebuild the brewery and screw that new clamp onto the crimp and the handle will snap! The castings are thinning, the end of the rivet on the hinge is barely driven in. I think now I will buy elsewhere. Their Teflon seals are also thinner and do not seal the tip grooves.

Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Good quality collar once you find the right size :-) The message says it's for the triclamp where the *tube* is 1.5" OD, but when I got it it was closed small because the flange I was
