Originally, after installation I was disappointed buying this item due to issues below.The brackets which holds horizontal bars against vertical bar are not tight enough (tightened the nuts fully), it has gaps and because of that the gate is shaking. I can lift the opposite end of gate easily about an inch.The instructions were not clear enough and I did put lots of effort to install gate. It's impossible to return the gate now.Seller provided excellent after sales follow up and guidance in order to resolve the issue; Hence, I have updated the rating. The problem in the product may not be solved fully but seller did enough to resolve the issue;
