The customer support team was great! Always available when we needed assistance with our setup or questions regarding our subscription needs. I would highly recommend using this software. There are no downsides as of now that i can think of but if you have any issues please get in touch with their support staff who will be happy to assist you. They were always quick to respond so all communication went smoothly. We used it for creating user accounts for employees at work. I have worked with UCG since they were called TSS. The people are friendly and willing to help you. They support all major platforms (Linux,Solaris, AIX). Their customer service has always been very good. I do not really dislike anything about UCG.
