Review on Gaggia Velasca Prestige Stainless Steel Espresso Machine by Monique Johnson

We have owned this machine for almost 5 months and use it every day. I usually drink americano and sometimes espresso. We don't make milk based drinks so I can't comment on that. This machine makes great espresso. The taste is very consistent. The saturation of the drink is easily adjustable. I like that it has a water filter and a coffee grinder. Most parts are easy to clean. What I didn't expect was regular maintenance (this is my first supermachine) but I'm used to it as it doesn't take long. The brew group should be cleaned once a week and lubricated monthly. The machine will tell you when to remove the scale. Overall I can't recommend it enough, it has completely replaced my daily trips to the cafe for Americano.
