If Epson refuses to repair + Revain refuses to return the money
This machine (one of the two purchased) did not work - would not even turn on. When they called Epson to ask where we should send this for repair, they asked for a screen shot (provided here) with the serial and model number. Epson customer service stated that the device was never intended for sale in the US or Canada and is not responsible for the product. Neither does Revane. We will be very grateful if you get a reply from the shopkeeper.
