Great idea. It doesn't look like they actually test it before making and selling it. The execution is lacking and has serious design flaws that make the thing unusable. If you put pressure on the back of the neck while riding, the parts will come loose. I think it's ok if you just want a very light touch. But even if you don't apply pressure, it doesn't roll smoothly at all, requiring extra pressure, and we fall apart again completely.
