I installed this mouse today. It's wired and plug and play. The cable is very long and that might be an understatement. Extremely long which I love. I attached the wrist rest and after 20 seconds of using this mouse decided to return it. I hated the palm rest. I removed the wrist rest from the mouse. Then, in less than 20 minutes, I realized that this is the best mouse I have ever used. You haven't really experienced your computer until you've scrolled left and right vertically. THIS MOUSE IS SILENT! The scroll wheel is in the middle of the left and right buttons. When I used the scroll wheel it was accurate and precise. No more constantly raising and lowering your index finger wondering if you could burn yourself! I couldn't believe it! You just move the scroll wheel a little and it works! With this mouse, my arthritis in my hand has not flared up. I felt instant relief from the pressure on my wrist. For years we were cheated, cheated, cheated with this standard mouse. This mouse glides like clockwork! No more shaking your mouse and moving the cursor across the screen 1000 times! The cursor moves to where you sent it and stays there until you move it again. I can't rate games, but by default I can say that this mouse is fast, accurate, and accurate. Your cursor will not move or jump. I went to the JTech website and put my model number in the search bar. There was a ZIP file under the product description. I extracted it with a free trial of WinRar. More options. Tons of features! This mouse has a command center! You can brighten and dim the leds, change the dpi, put the leds in different modes and even use the color palette to create your own led colors, but you won't see the command center until you unzip the zip file. It goes well with my Corsair LED mouse pad. The mouse feels good in the hand and the fingers stay in place thanks to the design. LOVE IT! You don't even have to wrap your whole arm around the mouse - remember, it glides like clockwork! Soft as silk! I'm not impressed!
