628R - I've bought/returned countless upright mice on Amazon trying to find the right one for me. It was literally my last option and it worked! It feels high quality and the hand does not slip off. The palm rest really helps keep my wrist from moving when I move the mouse. The main advantage of this mouse is that the buttons protrude a bit. I have large male hands and this mouse is comfortable to hold but not for me. Other reviews are accurate in that the forward and back buttons on the side of the thumb are too close to the thumb and easily accidentally pressed during use. The left and right mouse buttons are too big. The left mouse is too big as it interferes with the scroll wheel or wheel button. The right mouse button is too big, as it can easily be hit with the third and pinky fingers when moving the mouse over the mouse pad.
