I bought this tile brand new in June. Three months later, in September, the tile began to peel off and completely split in half along the glue line. The tile has not been subjected to falls, stress or other physical damage other than being intended for everyday use on a keychain. The tile could not be replaced under its 1 year warranty as it was physically damaged and I was offered a meager 20% discount on a replacement. A product that falls off after just three months is a clear manufacturer fault that should be fully covered by the warranty. . I reported this to Jaffett and he said he would "see what he can do". After a long wait he said he couldn't contact higher level support and offered to email me a solution. I didn't receive an email and had to contact support to continue. Later that day I got a reply from Jaffet repeating that there had been physical damage and that I was out of warranty and again offering the same crappy 20% off a replacement. be able to get adequate warranty service from Tile and they will lie and claim that "physical damage" has occurred with no written or photographic evidence of physical damage. This was a clear case of a manufacturing defect and they did not live up to their stated warranty. I will absolutely not buy Tile products again and would recommend others to do the same, especially if they choose to buy from companies that endorse their product. Shame on you Tyle.
