Review on TheMenuBox by Nale Dunn

I have used this software for years, so we no longer deal with restaurant managers to change orders.The menu is easy to use without needing much training as it's very similar to other apps that you're familiar with. You can get all of your information from the backend without opening up each screen. And everything comes together at once! This was a huge time saver compared to having to log into every app manually. It allows me to check order accuracy and adjust if necessary or quickly find an item when needed by clicking just about anywhere within the app which helps to ensure accuracy during busy times. No complaints really. This system has been perfect for our small business. We are able to keep track of customer account balances directly on The Menu Box. I love that it is easy to use, very intuitive interface with no confusing features or options! It's also great for small restaurants who are just starting out because of its affordable price point compared even large software packages like MobiPOS that can cost upwards $30k+. There could be more templates available but those we have now work well enough so far!! We need something simple (and cheap) where our customers don't feel overwhelmed by having too many buttons they "don’t know what do".
