Review on eBASS by David Blackstock

I love how easy it was for me as an administrator to set up my system. It also allows us to access our data from anywhere, which has been great! There are some things we would like to see improved in this software but they have already addressed them. We can't be more pleased with their customer service team!! They respond quickly and always make sure you're happy before moving forward. As of now, nothing specific. This program does what it says; it's very user friendly and makes administering our benefit programs quick and efficient.
