Easy for employees, easy for administrators/managers - I can't think of anything! We love how seamlessly it integrates with our other systems (HRIS, Payroll). It's easy for employees, employers can manage their entire benefit package with one system! This has made our organization more efficient which leads directly into increased productivity in general (no paper required!). I love how easy it was for me as an administrator to set up my system. It also allows us to access our data from anywhere, which has been great! There are some things we would like to see improved in this software but they have already addressed them. We can't be more pleased with their customer service team!!
