Im so glad I bought this! I've been using this coordless ratchet for about a year and it has really exceeded my expectations. I'm an intermediate car enthusiast and this is my favorite tool in my arsenal. Too broke for an impact wrench to loosen your lug nuts? You still have to break them loose with a breaker bar but now the process is way faster with this coordless ratchet. I've used this ratchet for installing coilovers on 7 cars now and it has been working great!Notable things:Torque is really good! This is my favorite tool for undoing long suspension bolts that are under a lot of friction and require decent force throughout the whole legnth bolt.Trigger lock is finicky and often gets in the way of using the tool. The lock is a little loose on my ratchet and it often slides down just enough to prevent me from using the trigger.Customer support is really good! I ultimately broke part of my ratchet when using the ratchet as a hand ratchet and torque-ing down a bolt too hard. A metal part inside the tool snapped and the tool nolonger torques bolts down as hard as it used to. I contacted customer support and was able to get a full replacement!
