Review on Enhanced Acoustic 🔊 Performance: Edifier R19U Computer Speakers by Mateusz Swierczynski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A practical product, nothing to complain about.

It doesn’t work immediately under Ubuntu via USB, but I made it work, googled it, installed something, I don’t remember right now, but it worked, of course, non-advanced users can’t do it, but they don’t use linux either. I don’t consider the lack of linux support to be a disadvantage, everything is always in it through the , one hemorrhoids and curvature, well, this is not a desktop system, so this is the problem of Linux itself, that it does not want to immediately work with usb speakers.

Pros
  • Worth the money, the sound is tolerable, all frequencies are moderately present.
Cons
  • - Low volume - The broadband imposes its limitations, high frequencies are drawn not only badly, but not in detail, an additional "tweeter" would not hurt, b from such dimensions is stupid to expect, well, they are, okay. When the computer is turned off, it starts looking for the sound source in an endless loop, i. E. switches between og and digital sources, this is accompanied by clicking, which interferes with sleep, so you have to turn it off before going to bed, which I constantly forget to do and now it clicks, and I’m too lazy to get out of the crib .
