At 3 mils thick I thought it would compare to the yellow and black HomeDepot bin liner box (also 3 mils) but unfortunately I never did. had trouble tossing a HD brand full of junk from the back deck onto the driveway (100% never break or snap after being thrown) but they met about 70% breaks/breaks/punctures etc under the same circumstances. If you don't throw junk off the top of the 1st floor deck (more than 12 feet) then this bag might be for you, if you never have to rip/rip/rip etc then HDepot brand contractor bags can't surpass I will never buy these again.
