Good product but not for everyone.

doctors best good nutritional supplements available so although I will not use this product again not because of the quality but the good quality is the cause of the problem. This is a problem for some of us as 5htp noted, however with daily use the enzyme is not regulated to eliminate excess serotonin which also lowers dopamine so after about 4 days I became very depressed and unmotivated. My advice is to be careful when using 5htp and watch out for bad moods. It might be okay to use once or twice a week or as needed to sleep, but I caution against daily use.
