Makes a huge mess - spills wine from below!
I don't know what to think or who to contact. It can't be true. Every time we pour wine from a bottle with an aerator attached, it squirts out at the bottom, leaving a huge mess that needs cleaning up. We can't tighten it any tighter and we made it exactly as pictured. It must be defective. Unfortunately it was a Christmas present and the return period was closed. I hope the seller can get it right because we really wanted it to work.
