Review on 🔌 Hopkins 56200 Easy Plug-In Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles by Unm Weil

The only good thing I can say about it is that it was an easy install but that's where it ends. The light on my jeep was not working properly and as a business owner I understand things can happen but that is the difference between me and Hopkins, I will do my best to rectify the situation with my customers. I had a trip planned and wanted to tow my jeep for the first time and found the wiring harness wasn't working so I contacted Hopkins and they told me they would send a replacement in 7-10 days and they couldn't get it sooner although it was her fault and I had a trip planned. The customer service rep told me there was nothing they could do to get it to me faster because their warehouse had moved 70 miles, never heard of it before. Today is 14 days and there is still no replacement! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!
