ABSOLUT made my day installing RV lights on a towed vehicle! SUPER easy to install! I wish I had had something similar on other vehicles that in previous years I had to install lightweight belts to tow an RV. The hardest part was getting under the car to run cables from the back of the car to the front. Used this on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited!

Perfect plug and play setup! If you can't install this device yourself, you probably shouldn't be towing it. The Roadmaster could have taken a page from Hopkins' playbook and built such a device. Instead they sell you a more expensive kit with a handful of individual diodes and expect you to splice a lot. Also, Roadmaster says you may need to add a brake light relay to their system. This was NOT necessary for my installation. Good product.

Very pleased with the quality and price of this product. The installation instructions were general and not vehicle specific, but with the help of You-Tube I was able to install the wiring harness. It took longer than I expected but it seems to be my norm. Some knowledge of basic trailer wiring is helpful. After the product was installed, it worked great.
