It's quite solid and looks well built and sturdy. If you drink one beer after the other, then of course the beer stays cold. I mean it will stay cold in my hand too. So I tested it (with and without the freezer insert). Not Frozen: The beer warmed up after 30 minutes as the beer tried to cool the liner (but really, who cares for their beer) Frozen: I put the frozen liner out of the fridge along with the cold beer just before I turned around Went to work at 7am. At noon both the hopsulator and the beer were still cold. You could really feel the cold outside of the hopsulator. When I got home at 5pm the beer was chilled, not very cold like at lunchtime but not hot either. I opened it and everything happened, drank chilled 👍🏼 Recommendation: make sure the insert is frozen.
