Review on Vintage Tutu Petticoat Ballet Bubble Skirt for Women - Topdress (Available in 26 Colors) by Jason Dahlkemper

I usually avoid writing negative reviews but thought it might be helpful to those considering buying this product. I decided to purchase this tutu for the Sporky (Toy Story 4) costume I made because of the pretty positive reviews/photos. When I opened the package, the package was very minty and smelled oddly like fish. I figured that airing out the pack and hanging it up would help solve this problem, so I decided to give it a try. I will say that the smell has gone a little, and the creases have smoothed out a little (although not completely). However, the size struck me as odd. It was quite short and not entirely proportional. I'm 5ft 4" and usually wear a 10/12. I ordered a size up and it wasn't flattering at all. It was sticking out at odd angles (even more than a regular pack). I'd recommend going to your local party store (Party City had an inexpensive one) and buying it there if you have the option instead. It seemed poorly made and well maintained even at a reasonable price. Very disappointed.
