Review on Cuisinart CPT-2500 Long Slot Toaster: Silver 2-Slice Toasting Excellence by Jessica Hill

I am giving this toaster one star because I think it is a safety hazard and should be withdrawn from sale. I used it once and it got so hot outside that I didn't plan on keeping this toaster. I would say it got just as hot outside as inside. People who wake up sleepy in the morning get burned, and the kids who control it get burned. I didn't want to worry about burning myself every time I use this toaster. Then consider whether it gets so hot that it could possibly start a fire or destroy anything nearby. It is unbelievable that consumers are being sold something so dangerous.
