Review on Broan-NuTone 423604: 36 Inch Stainless Steel Under Cabinet Range Hood Insert by William Sanchez

This range of hoods was bought 2 months ago for a home renovation project so they stayed untouched in the packaging until we were ready for that (which means that I have my 30 day window to get it back). Installed yesterday only to see the light works but no fan/motor. The electrician confirmed it has a bad motor even though it's brand new so it's basically useless until we put a new motor in or buy a whole bunch of range hoods. Talk about disappointment! Contacted the manufacturer directly to see if they would replace the defective motor but nothing so far. Here I hope.
