I have used these replacement bags many times in my large supermarket chain and they cost half what they do now. I find they are strong enough to hold dirt etc. However as they are on a roll you will sometimes find when you take them off it can have a hole in it as I discovered the other day so wasted and it becomes an expensive proposition. If I find another similar one, I'll call the manufacturer first. In addition, these bags are tasteless, durable and can hold a lot. I have always been happy with them except as I said above the price has almost doubled since they are no longer sold in supermarkets.
