Terrible product! Luckily I was smart enough to buy an extended warranty. I did some research and decided to buy this product to replace my original remote which stopped working after 5 years. I'm handy so I was able to change this with no problem, make sure you turn off the switch or see a professional if unsure. This stopped working 3 days after receiving/installing the product, after calling Amazon a replacement was sent. Now, less than 2 months later, the remote control doesn't work at all! The fan has been running for 2 days straight as the remote is useless now, finally had to turn off the switch that drives the ceiling fan to turn off this junk. Oh by the way. WiFi NEVER WORKED! And they have no product support at all. Stay away from this product and buy elsewhere. Very disappointed. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was a real disaster. Buyer Warning.
