Disappointed with the product, not good for anything.

You will not be able to get a refund for this chair if you decided to go ahead and purchase it despite the fact that while putting it together you discovered that it is made of slag. After all, the gas lift cannot be removed without causing damage to the system. It was simply shocking to have such support. I called them for assistance when there were only five days remaining till the conclusion of the return period. At first, they stated that it was highly improbable that they would be able to return the items, and the operator himself was at a loss for what to do next. He promised to contact the company that made the product and would get back to me on Thursday. (I phoned on Wednesday) Because I did not receive a call back, I dialed the number once more on Friday. The same thing was conveyed to me, but just up until Monday. As a direct consequence of this, the allotted time expired, and I was instructed to take a seat in a chair.

Pros
  • Exclusive look.
Cons
  • No sufficient lumbar support. When you try to move in it, your back goes numb, and the shoulder blades end up pressing against the "ribs" because they are so stiff. The armrests are made of plastic, and they dangle in an unhappy manner. Because there is insufficient typical adjustability for the neck, you have to rest your neck against a rigid substance that mimics the feel of skin. If you sit for a lengthy period of time, you won't be able to rest in this chair; instead, you will want to lie down on the sofa because you will become fatigued. And lastly, the pricing is completely unreasonable. 30,000 dollars for this squalor.
