Had less than a year. Always loose and now fell off and broke. Can’t get in touch with seller now.

I loved the look for the price of this door knob but I guess you get what you pay for because the knob has been loose since it was installed.
I thought maybe it was the installation until a piece of the actual knob was so loose from the main part of lock that it fell off and broke. Seller says can message them if issue but I don’t see place to do so so now I can’t contact them about replacing it.
