looks cheap plastic not waterproof I can see water inside after heavy rain yesterday. The light is very cold white and very weak. Live in South Florida and get a lot of sun so charging shouldn't be a problem. That's quite a lot of rubbish. I think this technology still has a long way to go before it can be compared to low voltage landscape lighting.
