I was skeptical about these drying balls. It seemed too good to be true that simple balls of yarn would soften my clothes. But to my surprise, they really work! You put 3 balls in the dryer with your clothes and they bounce around during the drying cycle, preventing clothes from getting tangled. At the end of the cycle, my clothes are soft, with fewer wrinkles and almost no static. Also, now that I've stopped using fabric softener sheets, my dryer filter is no longer covered in sticky dirt from the fabric softener. These balls should last a long time but when they wear out I will definitely be buying more.
