I bought two (2) of these heavy drum carts. For such an expensive package I give 1 star. Both arrived with a badly damaged inner box. The heavy bikes had to be individually wrapped in recycled paper to prevent them from wobbling or bumping into each other in the box. Bars, washers and cotter pins lay jumbled together in a flimsy plastic bag, damaged and mixed up with unwrapped heavy wheels. Some cotter pins were missing so I had to go to a hardware store to get them where the clerk couldn't find cotter pins that were exactly the same size.
