The item came packaged neatly. I would have appreciated a drawing with hole locations but you get what you pay for.I haven't checked that it can actually put out 20A continuously, but the voltage output is stable.
- There is no fan inside the case, silent running. Metal case with many holes makes heat dissipation more efficient.
- The product may generate a lot of heat, making it uncomfortable to touch
