Big little beast. for computers and accessories

This is my first review of UCEC GAM Live and I will keep updating as I use it. I've been using it for a week and it was amazing, managed to record up to 1080 60fps for such a small device, it was perfect, you also have HDMI 4k pass-through so it was very easy to do while streaming Playing on my 2k monitor, the only downside is you can't use G-sync if your monitor supports it. So far it has been used minimally for gaming, but mostly for a side purpose which is why I bought it. So I was able to help my parents digitize their home videos. It really boils down to a clunky setup as their DVD/VHS combo requires HDCP over HDMI which is not supported. This problem was easily solved by using a composite to HDMI cable to output video over RCA. As soon as I got the cable, I installed OBS on my parents' computer and gave them a NAS drive to store all those home videos. After that, all the tapes just had to be "watched". I seem to live across the country and had to leave Ripsaw with them to record most of the video myself. After installing OBS, it was not difficult for my father to complete the process himself. I showed him how to get the length of videos on cassette tapes by fast-forwarding the tapes to the end and resetting the counter so I knew how long to set the timer to know when to return to the computer to stop recording. Then I showed him how to rename the video files and how to move them to the NAS. I know I could record OBS directly to the NAS, but they have an old, low-powered PC that's just struggling with recording, so I didn't want to overload the system. It wasn't that moving the records was too difficult, so I'm sure this was the best way to deal with this issue. It took them about a month to go through all the tapes because they were in no hurry to record. She. But now I have it and I'm sure it will work fine on a system I built a few years ago and it will work just as well for me as it did for my parents. a composite HDMI cable from them, when I visited them so I could stream older systems it seemed like they didn't need the cable anymore. Of course, they still have most of my old systems at home, so I don't need a cable anymore either. I have a Wii at home, but I have enough games on my Xbox and Playstation 5 that I think I'll have enough to stream until the next time I see them. All in all it was an amazing purchase and high quality gameplay video. Capture card, I can only recommend. PS I hope you enjoy my little demo video and if you do, don't forget to click the helpful button below.
