Now people can hear me in meetings!

I have decent headphones with a microphone. But for some reason I had a lot of problems with people who didn't hear me. Maybe my laptop has problems with the 3.5mm jack? Anyway I bought it and it works great. Today on the conference call around 5am and no problems.
