UPDATE: 2 stars instead of 1 because the lettering was exactly the same when the replacement came, so I think that's how it should be. I personally would prefer every letter to be complete, but I think it should look like this. Parts of the transmission were missing. I then took the shirt out of the plastic bag only to find that the tissue paper was completely stuck to the translation and it was impossible to remove it without further damaging the lettering and design. I tried the shirt on to make sure it was my size before sending it in for an exchange. Fits great - not too loose and not too tight. I felt like a bear cub - it fit perfectly. The only problem with getting a replacement is that we have to send the defective one back. Of course we don't have to pay for the return shipping, but we have to make every effort to send the damaged product back. Why couldn't they just send a new one and we donated the original?
