Good product. But I don't know how to close it.
It's strong enough to help me ship a few boxes to my daughter's dorm and also ship a few boxes to UPS. However, there were no instructions for closing it, so I can only give it 3 stars. I have arthritis in my hands and I don't want to hurt myself. I've read that several other people had the same issue with it closing. So it remains open until someone posts a tutorial video on how to close this thing!
