The buyer should be very alert and keep looking... The item was missing parts needed for assembly, requiring a trip to the hardware store . Once assembled, the chairs become uncomfortable and lack padding in the seat and upper back. They need a pillow to sit on for more than 30 minutes, so forget them for a cozy dinner or lounging! Your dinner guests will not be surprised and will not come back to eat! Returns are a nightmare. They claim that you have to return them before they pick them up. They also want you to pay for shipping. If for some reason you cut open the box to get the chairs out, you're out of luck either... I'm still battling it for my money.
