Very disappointed: Art, Painting & Craft Supplies

I am very disappointed with this diamond painting! I just finished my first diamond painting I bought from another manufacturer and it turned out BEAUTIFUL! I was excited to be working on this until I opened it and I can't even understand what it's saying! It's very rare that I'm disappointed with a Revain purchase, but when I'm disappointed, it's a HUGE disappointment. They probably won't even do that. It also looks smaller than it should be. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS PURCHASE!
