I chose this clock because it looks like another clock I've owned for 16 years. I wanted a watch that looked and felt similar to my current watch and this one fits perfectly. I can't say anything about how the atomic clock works because I turned it off. I understand other reviewers saying it has trouble finding a signal, but if you turn it off there's no need to worry. It's a little tedious to set up, but as long as you stick to the brochure you should be fine. Viewing angles are wide side to side in my opinion, not so wide top and bottom. If you hang it high on the wall, you might have trouble seeing it when you get close. They're not as good as my other watches, but they're fine for my office.
