Works great and humidifies the air in our large living room. It is very easy to fill and clean and actually has dishwasher safe parts. I've had my fair share of humidifiers since we live in New England and the winters are long and cold. We also heat with wood, which makes the air very dry. I have several guitars and they don't perform well in dry climates. I've bought and used several humidifiers over the past 10 years and while some of them have worked reasonably well, they've always failed in some way. My wife often joked that I was a little obsessed with always looking for new ones to buy. Never. This is"one" - hands down.
