The best thing about QSROnline is how it can be used to enhance restaurant operations in general. We are a restaurant that uses QSROnline daily and it is the key component of running our business. The user interface is simple to use and there are no complicated steps to create an account or anything like that. They are really good about keeping their support staff trained and up to date on new developments in the software. I really can't think of anything I dislike about using QSROnline. I mean it really is so much better than any other software I have used. Even though QSROnline is more expensive than some other software I used, it is worth it. It makes my life easier and I would highly recommend it for restaurant owners. The ease of use really helps our restaurant to run efficiently. I like that it's very easy to use! The customer care is great too!! They are always willing to work around my schedule. There isn't anything bad about this program at all. ! It makes taking inventory so much easier.
